Returns
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please return your order within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns via Fed Ex, UPS or registered mail. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact GOTOMYOB at our toll-free number within 10 days of delivery. If you believe your purchase has been lost or stolen, please contact GOTOMYOB as soon as possible to expedite processing. All lost items will be subject to verification.

Shipping & Handling
Orders placed between 8am and 5pm PST Monday through Friday will be   processed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, following credit card authorization. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day. Next day or express shipping is available at an additional charge. We are happy to accomodate international orders. Please note that a surcharge of $15 will be added to the standard shipping fees. Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO boxes.

Order Status:
Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to you via e-mail . When your order ships, you will receive a Fed Ex tracking number via e-mail.
